Thursday, September 8th at 6 PM, we’ll have a carry-in at West Central Coffee, 1006 Broadway (corner of Washington). There’s plenty of parking at St. John’s Lutheran Church at Van Buren and Washington. Bring a covered dish to share and whatever drink you might want. Water, coffee, iced tea, and lemonade will be provided.
If you do decide to sing with us, you’ll be given your folder for the year along with a rehearsal CD of the songs we’ll be singing. There are some old favorites (I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas), some updated classics (Carol of the Bells), and some new favorites (Cold and Fugue Season). All signs are good that rehearsals will be back at Shawnee Middle School, 1000 E. Cook Road on Thursdays from 7:00 – 8:30 pm, starting September 15.
